Your privacy matters to us. This policy explains how Brighter collects, uses and protects personal information when you use brighter.com.au.

Information we collect

When you submit a form on this website, or through a platform such as LinkedIn, we may collect:

• Your name
• Your email address
• Your phone number
• Your company or firm name
• Project details you choose to share, such as a message, budget, services or how you heard about us

Enquiry forms are checked with Cloudflare Turnstile, which helps us tell a person from automated spam. The check does not add you to a mailing list.

How we use your information

We use your information to:

• Respond to enquiries
• Provide information about our services
• Contact you about relevant opportunities you have asked us about
• Understand how the website is used, so we can improve it

We do not sell or rent your personal information.

A form submission is emailed to the Brighter team through Postmark, then kept in that inbox and in the records we use to reply. It is accessible to the people at Brighter who need it to respond.

Cookies and tracking

This website uses cookies and similar technologies to understand visits and to support advertising. The tags on each page are:

• Google Tag Manager (GTM-KQWXCXW), which loads the other measurement tags.
• Google Analytics 4 (G-8DV0QKEQK3), which records pages visited and whether a form was sent. Those events include a form name. They do not include your name, email or message.
• LinkedIn Insight Tag (partner 413484), which measures visits and can support LinkedIn advertising.

Moving between pages on this site is recorded as a further page view, because the site updates the page without a full reload. You can block or delete cookies in your browser. Google and LinkedIn also provide their own settings for advertising and measurement.

Third-party platforms

Google, LinkedIn, Cloudflare and Postmark process information under their own privacy policies when their tools run on this site or deliver an enquiry. We use the information they make available to us in line with this policy.

Data storage and security

We take reasonable steps to protect your personal information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access. We keep enquiry details for as long as we need them to respond and to keep a record of the conversation, then delete or de-identify them when they are no longer needed.

Access and correction
